Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy in in-facility settings. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver PT services to help patients regain function and independence. Collaboration with the rehab team is essential for comprehensive care.

Qualified candidates hold a PT license in the state, with the required degrees. The role emphasizes mentorship, CEUs, and opportunities across care settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressively responsible PT experience.
• PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to promote independence and recovery.

Posted Salary Range
