Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in the Brooklyn/Conrad, IA area, in a SNF setting. The role offers $50+ hourly pay and a mix of Home Health and SNF work, with weekend scheduling.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, supervising PTAs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. We provide flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Split duties between Home Health and SNF with a weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Therapists will evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• This role also includes supervising PTAs within the facilities.
• The position is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

Minimum qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active Licensure: Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
