Job summary

Ltc-Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) in Bristol, CT, to join our skilled nursing facility team. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work with an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Part-Time

Location: Bristol, CT. Salary: $45–$52/Hour.

We are seeking a Part‑Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping residents improve mobility, maximize function, and enhance quality of life.

What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with PTA staff and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
