Rooster Healthcare is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team across multiple long-term care facilities in Massachusetts. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, plus relocation and housing support.

You will provide patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with the clinical team to help residents improve mobility and quality of life.
