$43-$50/hour

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on strength, gait training, balance, endurance, mobility, and pain management
• Support residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post‑acute conditions
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
