Job summary

Stanleytown Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bassett, Virginia is seeking a caring, warm-hearted PRN Physical Therapist who is licensed in Virginia or eligible. Join our experienced rehab team delivering services in a state‑of‑the‑art rehab gym to help residents regain independence and return home.

The PT evaluates residents, develops plans, and earns physician approval. Responsibilities include discharge planning, recording evaluations and charges, supervising PTAs/Aides, and screening

• Virginia Physical Therapy License or eligibility required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Requirements
