About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for delivering individualized physical therapy services to our residents, including:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans
• Implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Providing education and training to residents and their families on proper body mechanics and fall prevention techniques
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident interactions and treatment plans
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
