You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function in a supportive, home-like setting.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for delivering individualized physical therapy services to our residents, including:

• Providing education and training to residents and their families on proper body mechanics and fall prevention techniques
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident interactions and treatment plans
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
