Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team in our Wheaton clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility, supplemental income, or an opportunity to remain active in outpatient practice while working alongside a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals. As Duly continues to expand rehabilitation services across the Chicagoland area, we are looking for therapists who can help support patient access and deliver exceptional care. Scheduling

• Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month
• Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible

• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours.
• Additional hours may be available based on clinic needs & therapist availability
• Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income alongside a full-time position

In This Role, You Will

• Evaluate & treat patients with orthopedic & musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans & goals
• Collaborate with physicians & rehabilitation colleagues to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on outcomes & quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current IL Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CPR certification preferred
• New graduates & experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$55.00 per hour.

A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
