About the Role

Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Bolingbrook, supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Clinicians approach rehabilitation through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.

In This Role You Will

• Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including Monday‑through‑Friday two evenings per week until 7 PM, last patient scheduled at 6 PM.

Support, Growth, and Practice Environment

• 60‑minute evaluations with no double booking and 30‑minute follow‑up visits.
• Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation range $77,000 – $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience, with potential sign‑on bonus.
