Physical Therapist PRN

Paramount Community Living and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility in Newton, Kansas looking for qualified and dedicated staff to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with the therapy team to provide a comprehensive plan for assigned residents from admission through discharge. Duties include evaluating new residents, coordinating therapy plans, completing risk assessments, creating FMPs for restorative staff to utilize, and completing accurate and timely documentation of all services. As a Paramount employee, you are a valued contributor to our team working in partnership with all disciplines to provide the highest quality care for our residents in a warm, family atmosphere.

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

1. Must have BS, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an approved program.
2. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
