Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a multi-site, team-based setting

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Collaborate with rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Document progress and ensure regulatory compliance

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking motivated and adaptable Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing team across Central Pennsylvania, supporting skilled nursing and long-term care communities in Hollidaysburg and State College.

This unique travel-style role allows you to provide coverage across 2 nearby facilities while enjoying schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Position Details

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)Schedule Options: PRN / CoverageSetting: Skilled Nursing + Long-Term Care

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed
