Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cypress seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and guide patients on their rehabilitation journey. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.

• Supervising care and treatments, leading assessments, and creating personalized care plans.
