Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide progress from admission through discharge.

The role offers full-time employment with additional PRN opportunities, competitive benefits, and ongoing professional growth within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate every victory along the way.
