Qualifications

• Promote and implement treatment plans and goals.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, PT and PTA students as applicable.
• Complete appropriate documentation according to department policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• State Licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
