Base pay range

$56.00/hr - $66.00/hr

About the Role

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners specializes in treating traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' homes and communities.

We are seeking Physical Therapists interested in providing patient-centered care in Colorado Springs, CO, and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities, using creative, evidence-based approaches to achieve durable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.
