Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Lockport rehabilitation team. This flexible outpatient role is ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income or to stay active in practice while collaborating with a supportive team.

You'll evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients, develop individualized goals, document care in the EMR, and work with physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current IL Physical Therapist license, or eligible to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification preferred.
• New graduates & experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team in our Lockport clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility, supplemental income, or an opportunity to remain active in outpatient practice while working alongside a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals.

Scheduling:

• Minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month
• Additional weekday availability preferred but flexible

• Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours.
• Additional hours may be available based on clinic needs & therapist availability

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$55.00 per hour.

A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
