Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
Develop effective treatment plans.
Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
Communicate with health team members about patient progress.
Participate in Plan of Care and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
