Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Communicate with health team members about patient progress.
• Participate in Plan of Care and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
