Position Overview

UC Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for the Rehabilitation Services Department on the first shift at West Chester Hospital. The Physical Therapist will support the department by delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing Physical Therapy treatment programs to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and maximize patient recovery. The role requires adherence to hospital policies regarding documentation, attendance, and education, along with respectful and courteous interactions with staff, patients, and visitors.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited school.
  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy or eligibility in the applicable state.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Recently certified, licensed, or recent graduate within the past 12 months.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience; experience in adult, NICU, or acute care settings.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
