Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Physical Therapist license required.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• Experience: Relevant PT experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan customized PT treatment with physicians and patients.
• Deliver targeted therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and families on skills for continued success.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.

Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.

Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
