Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licenses & Certifications: Physical Therapist license; BLS (AHA) certification.
• Experience: Relevant physical therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans.
• Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate & Empower: Provide patients and families with knowledge and resources for ongoing success.
• Document & Adapt: Maintain records and adjust plans based on progress.
