A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment programs, requiring an accredited college degree and a valid PT license. This role involves close communication with physicians and supervision of staff while adhering to regional rehabilitation regulations.
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Physical Therapist shall evaluate patients and prescribe a treatment program, with physician approval for all patients assigned. The Therapist shall further adjust the program within constraints and confer with the physician as needed. This individual will document treatment, progress, and make suggestions toward further treatment. In the outpatient arena, the Therapist is responsible for developing an understanding of the regulations that govern the provision of Rehabilitation set forth by the varying third-party payors in this region. The Therapist is also responsible for the supervision of the PT Tech assigned to their team and/or a PTA assigned to that team.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy college program. Must have an active and valid physical therapy license.
