Job summary

West Haven Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs for diverse patient needs. You will develop personalized care plans, employ evidence-based treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree in physical therapy with an active PT license, and demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to ongoing

Qualifications

• Must hold a graduate degree in physical therapy and a valid license.
• Experience as a physical therapist with diverse patient populations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
