Job summary

ClarkLindsey is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and provide evidence-based services across the continuum of care, including rehabilitation, long-term care, outpatient and living settings. The PT promotes functional independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a resident-centered approach.

Requirements include a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and experience with adult and geriatric populations.

  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, balance retraining, strengthening, modality, and functional mobility.
  • Document services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Monitor equipment and ensure safe practice environments.
  • Contribute to restorative and wellness programming.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with Illinois licensure rules.

Join the team at ClarkLindsey! The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, plannin g, and providing evidence-based physical therapy services to residents across the continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, outpatient, and assistant living settings. What You’ll Do:

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay for this PRN position is $55.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
