Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled infant care in a NICU setting, including evaluation and treatment.

This PRN role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, ongoing mentorship and professional development, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

You will establish and adjust treatment plans, educate caregivers, delegate tasks as appropriate, and complete documentation according to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's degree preferred.
• Physical Therapist License required.
• NICU/infant care experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
