Job summary

The-Broadview-Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for PRN/Part-Time roles, offering 25-30 hours per week. You will deliver patient-centered PT services, conduct assessments, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare team in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a PT license to practice.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.

• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).

• CPR Certification.
