Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is actively seeking experienced Physical Therapists to deliver patient-centered neuro rehabilitation in San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas. Positions are PRN to accommodate flexible schedules within home and community settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure required.
• Experience in neurological disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function and mobility.
• Address vestibular skills and adaptive equipment needs.
• Assess environmental safety needs in patients' homes.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.

Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals.
