Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in El Cajon, CA and surrounding areas on a PRN basis.

Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and deliver therapy in patients' homes and communities, focusing on neurologic and complex orthopedic conditions with an evidence-based approach.

Clinicians collaborate with families and other professionals to build durable functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
• Experience treating neurologically related disorders is preferred.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in El Cajon, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
