Pursue your passion for caring with Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, North Carolina. The smallest of Duke Health’s four hospitals at 123 beds, it offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including 24-hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women's services, and surgical specialties.
Evaluates, administers, and directs the administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: One or more years of experience is preferred. Familiarity with Joint Commission and other hospital regulatory agency standards and regulations.
Licenses, Certifications: Physical Therapist Licensure as required by the State of North Carolina. BLS certification required.
