ARC Physical Therapy+ in Overland Park, KS is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a patient-centered, high-quality care environment.

You will assess patients, review referrals, and implement treatment plans while documenting progress and outcomes. The role includes supervising assistants and collaborating with physicians and insurers to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Kansas license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment required.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document progress, findings, and instructions for patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians in patient care.
• Develop goals and a plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Implement PT treatment programs and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, colleagues, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
