Methodist Hospitals in Merrillville is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages with function loss, pain, or wounds. The role involves designing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and supervising therapy students.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and must be a licensed Physical Therapist. Strong communication skills and flexibility are essential. This is an on-site position.
Evaluates and treats patients of all ages who suffered loss of upper, lower extremities function, balance, coordination, endurance, or present with pain, or wounds/burns due to illnesses, trauma, or surgery. This position creates a treatment plan based on assessment findings and works with patients and families to achieve the highest possible level of independence.
