Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation program in the St. Louis area. You will provide high-quality PT services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, focusing on neurological and medically complex patients to help rebuild independence.

Per diem position with up to 59 hours per month at $42 per hour. Requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and CPR certification. Outpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with outpatient policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
