Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Improve mobility, strength, posture, gait, and balance through evidence-based interventions.
• Instruct residents on adaptive equipment use (orthotics, prosthetics).
• Select appropriate modalities based on diagnoses and capabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for resident-centered care.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and educate residents and caregivers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings.
• Supervise and train support staff; lead in-service sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select appropriate physical modalities based on residents' diagnoses and physical capabilities.
