Corewell Health's Physical Therapy team at Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a part-time physical therapist to assess patients with functional limitations and to develop individualized treatment plans. You will work within the physical therapy department to coordinate care and support patient mobility.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, collaborating with physicians and care teams, and providing high-level patient service across diverse ages and cultures.
Corewell Health physical therapy provides treatments to individuals of all ages that have pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness.
The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PT’s provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Corewell Health customer service standards.
