Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic care at the Goodlettsville location. You will develop patient-centered treatment plans and deliver outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative clinic environment.

This role offers flexible PRN hours with potential to transition to full-time or part-time, and a supportive team within a national network that emphasizes growth, technology, and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Provide PRN coverage at a single location, or float across multiple outpatient Results PT clinics in Goodlettsville, TN.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
