Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation, through Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to cover outpatient orthopedic cases in the Franklin, TN area. You’ll develop patient-centered plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with a values-driven team.

Ideal candidates will be a recent graduate or clinician with Tennessee PT licensure or eligibility, with opportunities to transition to full- or part-time roles. Competitive PRN pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN coverage at a single location or float across Franklin/Brentwood area clinics
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

What You’ll Do as a PRN Physical Therapist

• Provide PRN (as needed) coverage at a single location, or float across multiple clinic locations in Franklin/Brentwood/surrounding areas
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs

PRN Schedule

• 1-19 hours per week
• Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available

Qualifications
