Job summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy seeks a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Evansville, IN. This role offers flexible PRN coverage, collaboration with a strong clinical team, and opportunities to transition into full-time or part-time positions.

You will develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and engage with Upstream’s education programs while supporting patient recovery and function in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active / pending Indiana Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN (as needed) treatment coverage; 1-19 hours per week
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs
