Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable PRN Physical Therapist to join our team on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will provide expert patient care, develop treatment plans, and help individuals regain mobility, strength, and function. This flexible position allows for varied scheduling while maintaining a high standard of therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Stay up to date with best practices, treatment protocols, and regulatory guidelines for physical therapy services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active and valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri.
  • Experience: Prior experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
  • Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).
