Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Boise in Boise, ID, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. The role supports assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing therapy programs, and ensuring proper documentation under a physician's order.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
• Assess and document patient progress and communicate with physicians and care team.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

Vibra Hospital of Boise, located in Boise, ID, is a 40 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team!

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a physicians order.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Previous Hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
