Job summary

Low Country Physical Therapy in the Carolina Forest / Conway area seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic and sports-rehabilitation clinic. The role offers a PartnerPath program with monthly profit sharing and potential sale value participation, with no buy-in or personal guarantee.

You will build referral relationships, supervise PTs and staff, and shape the clinic's service lines while operating under Therapy Partner Solutions' back-office support.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Established professional relationships with referring physicians in the Carolina Forest / Conway market.
• Desire to lead people and grow a practice, not just manage one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports and neurological conditions.
• Build and steward physician referral relationships across orthopedics, neurology, primary care, sports medicine and pain management in Horry County.
• Lead the clinic team: recruit, mentor and develop PTs, PTAs and support staff.
• Own the clinic scorecard: new patient volume, referral mix, visits, patient outcomes and profitability.
• Represent Low Country in the community with physician practices, athletic programs, employers and civic organizations.

Low Country Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in the Carolina Forest / Conway area of South Carolina to lead our outpatient orthopedic and sports-rehabilitation clinic and, through our PartnerPath™ program, share in the value you create: a monthly share of the profit the clinic generates, plus a share of the clinic's value if it is ever sold. What you will do

Compensation & benefits

Competitive base salary starting at $90,000 (negotiable DOE) plus PartnerPath profit-sharing paid monthly on clinic net income and participation in the clinic's sale value. License & Experience

What you bring

Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited program.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.

• Established professional relationships with referring physicians in the Carolina Forest / Conway market, and a clear view of the referral volume you could develop.

• Desire to lead people and grow a practice, not just manage one.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience; clinic-director or lead-therapist experience.

• Board certification (OCS, SCS, SCS) or manual-therapy credentials.

• Experience with dry needling, vestibular, pelvic health or other service lines that expand a clinic's reach.
