The Physical Therapist plans, evaluates, and treats patients related to their physical therapy needs within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting. Participates in established physical therapy programs including patient care and education. Evaluates and treats patients and establishes and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.

Education

1. Masters Degree: Accredited Physical Therapy program (Required)
2. Doctorate Degree: Accredited Physical Therapy program (Preferred)
3. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

1. 1 Year experience in a Physical Therapy setting (Preferred)

License/Certifications

1. BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
2. PT-LIC - PA Physical Therapist License (Required)
