Valley Medical Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work in our Northampton or Amherst offices, treating orthopedic outpatients in a fast-paced, professional setting within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes prevention and patient-centered care within a primary care–oriented model.

The position offers leadership opportunities, sign-on bonus, five weeks' vacation, and shareholder opportunity after two years, with competitive compensation and telehealth capability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Licensure in Massachusetts required.
• DPT, national specialization or advanced clinical skills preferred.
• Experience in orthopedics strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• Capacity to deliver care via telehealth.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 30 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow ups.
• Develop care plans and treat orthopedic outpatients.
• Provide consultations to primary care and other medical staff related to physical therapy care.
• Participate in practice wide health care initiatives such as smoking cessation and chronic pain management.
• TREAT young adults to geriatrics and collaborate with a collaborative team.

About the position
