TAG MedStaffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Springfield, OH for a private outpatient practice focused on patient-centered rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress to improve mobility and function.

The ideal candidate has a DPT (or equivalent), an active Ohio PT license or eligibility, and strong clinical skills in evaluation, planning, and education. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Ohio licensure is required.
• 1+ year of physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of PT evaluation, rehabilitation, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercise.
• Proficiency with EMR and clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Evaluation: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess mobility and rehab needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and findings.
• Therapy Delivery: Provide evidence-based exercises and manual interventions to improve mobility and strength.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate progress and adjust plans to meet rehab goals.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate evaluations, notes, and reports.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on plans, home exercises, and prevention.
