Job summary

St. Anne Home in Greensburg, PA seeks a Physical Therapist - Per Diem to perform evaluations, design treatment plans and administer therapy as prescribed by a physician. You will supervise therapy staff and coordinate services for residents.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, PA licensure, and current APTA membership; LTC experience is preferred. Compensation is $55 per hour with per diem scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Licensed in good standing by the State of Pennsylvania with current registration.
• Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association preferred.
• One year of Long Term Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, design treatment plans and administer therapy as prescribed by a physician.
• Supervise professional and non-professional Physical Therapy staff in delivering services.
• Assign caseload and related tasks to staff according to their education and experience.
• Coordinate Physical Therapy with other services for residents.
• Complete required documentation for residents' medical records.
• Schedule daily treatments.

Physical Therapist - PT Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited College or University.
