Job Details

Per diem Physical Therapist to work primarily weekdays covering at Riverfront, Center City, Oxford Valley, or Navy Yard locations providing direct patient care.

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients referred for their services. The Physical Therapist helps patients achieve their highest level of function and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care.

Essential Functions

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, interventions, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in various settings.
• Participate in student education and contribute to the training of novice clinicians.
• Design and deliver treatment programs to aid recovery and rehabilitation.
• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to ensure safe therapeutic interventions for patients and families.
• Document health progress, treatments, evaluations, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
