Physical Therapist Opportunity - Join 360 Physical Therapy's Newest Venture inside Independent/Assisted Living community in Chandler, AZ

The Role:

  • Competitive Hourly Rates of $40 to $55.
  • Flexible, as needed hours to fit your schedule and needs!
  • 10-15 Hours/Week with room to grow!
  • Additional hours available floating to nearby 360 PT clinics, if desired.
  • Location: Chandler, AZ

Position Summary:

This is a new outpatient clinic space located within a senior living facility.

  • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
  • Create individualized care plans for each treatment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
  • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
  • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
