Main Line Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the Malvern Outpatient Rehab location. The role involves clinical assessments, treatment planning, and implementing a comprehensive plan of care based on physician referrals.

Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Shift:

Per Diem, As Needed, Monday-Friday. 8 hour Day Shift.

Experience:

Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting. Outpatient ortho + neuro experience desired.

Education:

• Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.
• BS required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• Current PA Physical Therapy license.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire.
• Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
