Qualifications

Education:

Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Experience:

Preferred: 2 years of practice as a PT in healthcare settings

Certifications:

Required: State Licensure, AHA BLS
