Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a qualified Per Diem Physical Therapist in Bridgewater, NJ, at the TD Bank Ballpark. The Sports Physical Therapy and Performance Center is a standalone outpatient clinic within New Jersey's largest academic health system. We focus on patient-centered care, emphasizing one-to-one manual therapy with ample treatment time, providing an excellent work environment with a private practice feel, combined with the benefits of a hospital system.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level
  • Licensed in NJ

Preferred:

  • Active membership in a professional organization
Certifications and Licenses Required:
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Scheduling Requirements:
  • Day Shift
  • Per Diem Schedule
Essential Functions:
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication
  • Examine and evaluate patients upon referral from physicians, podiatrists, dentists, or nurse practitioners
  • Plan and implement treatment to reverse impairments, restore function, and develop skills for adaptive and productive living
  • Participate in PI and clinical education programs for physical therapy
