Renewal Rehab, located in Niles, Illinois, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. This position offers unparalleled schedule flexibility and the opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment focused on mentorship and collaboration.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional impairments, creating personalized care plans while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Illinois is required.
• New graduates are welcome and mentorship is available.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
